Rearrange the descending candies by shuffling and shifting them strategically to create lines of matching candies horizontally, vertically, or diagonally on the board. Utilize the left and right arrow keys for shifting and the up arrow key for shuffling the candies. Ensure that the top row of the board does not become fully occupied.
